How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Your item(s) will be despatched within 7 business days of your order being placed and payment received.


We'll send your items by 2nd class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. To make sure we can track your order, all items will be despatched signed for and will require a signature upon delivery.

Do you offer faster delivery?

We'd love to be able to get your purchases to you sooner, but due to the nature of the hand personalisation at this time we are unable to offer a delivery service outside of our standard offering.


What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?

We really hope you don't have a problem with your order, but we accept that this may occassionally happen. Should you receive a incorrect order, please contact us on To allow us to deal with your query as quickly as possible, please include your order number and date of purchase.

Can I refund or return my item?

Unforatuntely due to the personalisation of items we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items unless they are faulty. Should you need to return an item due to a faulty or incorrect order please contact

We're sorry to hear that your item is faulty. Please email us with photos of the faulty item including date or purchase and order number, where we will be pleased to assist. To allow us to deal with your query quickly please provide your order number and date of purchase.


How should I care for my item?

Our range is made from 100% leather. As a general rule you should avoid the following: - Rubbing light coloured leather against dark coloured clothes - Rough of sharp surfaces to minise scratching - Getting the product wet, which may case water mark stains We'd recommend that you also avoid scratching or touching the personalisation section of your item as this could cause the personalisation over time.

How is my item personalised?

Every item is individually personalised useding a traditional hand press hot foil technique.

What fonts do you use?

We use a Serif font in both upper and lower cast fonts.
 We personalise in two size fonts 24pt and 34pt. The font size will be individually type set to enhance your product and determined our by craftsman.

What colours do you personalise in?

We offer personalisation in Gold, Rose Gold and Silver.

How many letters can I have on my item?

You can personalise up to 3 characters on each item free of charge (Please note that some of our smaller items can only fit 3) Up to 8 letter is an additional £5 and up to 2 lines of text will be an additional £10.
Please note that the the number of characters we can add is constrained by the size of the item.

Leather types - Pebbled

Textured leather in its most luxurous form with a small grain finish. A perfect way to add texutre. Due to the variation of the leather which makes each pebbled print unique, this can cause slight variations to the monogramming. Available in cardholders and wallets.

Leather types - Smooth

Durable soft smooth leather. Classic leather texture and incredibly versitle. Available in pouches.

Amelia Allen's vision is creating bespoke items at an affordable price. We want to make personalisation an affordable luxury for all our customers. Our creative team and personalisation studio is based in London and every item can be hand personalised with customers initials, names and even emojis. It’s these small details that make your purchase truely uniquel. As a boutique brand we hold a limited amount of stock on each run, but our brand is ever growing and evolving and we’ll be creating new pieces over the next few months.
